By creating an account or using Switchworthy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Mano Vikram Labs (operated by Mano Vikram, India).

2. What the service does

Switchworthy analyses your resume against a job description using AI and returns a scored report with suggestions. The output is informational — it does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific outcome.

3. Credits

• One purchase gives you 5 resume review credits.
• Each analysis deducts 1 credit from your balance.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files that are not resumes or contain malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer

The analysis provided is generated by AI and is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the output for any particular purpose. Use the suggestions at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mano Vikram Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email for significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
