1. Who we are

Switchworthy is a resume analysis tool built and operated by Mano Vikram, an individual developer based in India. You can reach us at manovik18@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Email address — to create and manage your account via Supabase Auth.
  • Resume file — uploaded by you for analysis. It is processed immediately and not stored.
  • Job description text — pasted by you for analysis. It is processed immediately and not stored.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.
  • Credit balance — the number of remaining reviews associated with your account.

3. What we do not collect

  • We do not store your resume or job description after analysis is complete.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not use your resume content to train AI models.
  • We do not track you across other websites.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — authentication and user data storage.
  • Dodo Payments — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of resume content. Data is sent to Anthropic's API and subject to their privacy policy.
  • Vercel — frontend hosting.
  • Google Cloud — backend hosting.

5. Data retention

Your account data (email and credit balance) is retained for as long as your account exists. Resume files and job descriptions are never stored — they are discarded immediately after analysis. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at manovik18@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email. The latest version is always available at this URL.
