We want you to feel confident purchasing. Here is our straightforward refund policy.

Eligible for a full refund

  • You purchased credits within the last 48 hours and have not used any of them.
  • A technical error on our end prevented the analysis from completing and we cannot fix it within 24 hours.

Not eligible for a refund

  • Credits that have already been used for an analysis.
  • Dissatisfaction with the AI output — the analysis is informational and results will vary.
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at manovik18@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
